The discerning visitor will do some research prior to visiting Mull, in order to track down these local specialities but the effort is well worthwhile -

At Staffa House we use local produce for breakfasts, dinners and packed lunches wherever we can, not just because it’s the ‘in thing’ at the moment, but because
we genuinely believe in the connection between people and land, in respecting food and where it comes from, and in minimising our environmental impact.
