Eorsa, Erraid and Lunga - £150 per night

Erraid and Lunga are available for solo travellers to book at £135 per night.

We have a two-night minimum stay policy, although we warmly recommend a three-night stay wherever possible. This provides greater flexibility should the weather change, and gives guests more time to enjoy the history and wildlife of South West Mull, Iona and Staffa.

Children aged over 12 are welcome, provided they are able to stay in their own room at the published room rate. Assistance dogs are very welcome.

During the main season, any last-minute availability and special offers will be posted on the front page of our website. We also kindly ask guests to have their travel arrangements in place before booking, as ferries can be very busy during the summer months.

Our live booking system is the most reliable way to check availability and make a booking. It shows the rooms and prices available for your chosen dates. Rates include breakfast for two people sharing; solo travellers should select one person when booking.

Wonderful overnight stay. Highly recommended We had a wonderful overnight stay at Staffa House. Communication from Janice was exceptional and we received a warm welcome from Chris. The room was absolutely lovely and the living area and breakfast room were beautiful. Breakfast was fabulous. The views were amazing and we were able to leave our car for a few hours the next day to visit Iona. Overall 10/10 🤩

Highly recommended B&B Situatet in a lovely location not only as a pit stop to reach the Isle of Iona for a day trip. Friendly and helpful hosts. Many thanks to Janice for helping me with a small inconvenience and I am sorry I could not have stayed a little longer in this quiet and welcoming house that smells of good food when you wake up in the morning. Warm regards and big hug

Staying at Staffa House is highly recommended! We absolutely loved our stay at Staffa House. Janice and Chris were the perfect hosts. They made us feel very welcome and provided interesting and helpful information. The bed was very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Chris is a fantastic chef - his breakfasts were delicious. We hope to return one day 🙂

Stay here! It is perfect! Very friendly and helpful hosts (Janice and Chris). Made us feel ”at home” right away. The room was spacious and perfectly clean. Probably newly refurbished, everything seems completely new. Bedlinen and towels of top quality. A very comfortable sitting room for the guests. Breakfast; as in a 5*restaurant. A variety of cooked alternatives, as well as a buffet of fruits, granolas, yoghurt, homemade bread etc.
Location was perfect for easy access to Iona and the tour operator. The pub was only 150 m down the road.

Fantastic Guesthouse, brilliant hosts! Janice and Chris made us feel very welcome indeed, they were perfect hosts!

Staffa house is kept in top condition and cleanliness, the bedrooms and beds are very comfortable and the ensuite is excellently maintained and spacious.

On top of being an excellent Guesthouse, the food was outstanding, which made the whole stay memorable in many positive ways!

There is nowhere else we would want to stay on Mull and we can't wait to return to Staffa House, Janice, and Chris!

Superb - highly recommended. A superb stay to round off my first visit to Mull. I received a warm welcome from Janice & Chris who have created lovely, cosy & comfortable accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean and parking is also right outside. I stayed for 3 nights and only wish I’d stayed longer. The attention to detail is lovely. Chris is a fantastic chef and his breakfasts and the evening meal I was able to take there was absolutely delicious too. My nut allergy was very well understood and not a problem but do pre-warn them it’s far easier that way. As well as my ample room there was a residents lounge with plenty of map, local books and info on things to do. You are a stones throw from the beach and the ferry to Iona. I had a lovely stay, I’d highly recommend it and will definitely stay again when I’m back in the area.

A warm welcome awaits...! We spent a couple of nights here to explore the southwest of Mull and Iona.

The B&B is in a very convenient location, 50 meters to the nearby pub and restaurant, and only 150 metres to the Iona ferry.

Our room was spotlessly clean, beautifully comfortable bedding, tea and coffee in the room. There is a communal fridge in the living room, stocked with fresh milk, ice cold water, and anything you may wish to store there. The breakfast menu had plenty of variety, and the eggs benedict were a firm favourite.

Owners Janice & Chris were very welcoming and accommodating. They were full of helpful suggestions of places to visit, things to see, etc. - practically encyclopedic.

We could not have wanted for more.

Excellent stay - thankyou Very comfortable, well furnished and equipped bedrooms, a very warm welcome from the owners Janice and Chris, breakfast was excellent and the Thursday evening buffet provided by chef Chris using homegrown or very local ingredients was delicious. Guest lounge with TV a very comfortable additional space. Very close to the ferry terminal, local pub and shop so everything was very convenient. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

Brilliant stay in Staffa House. We were made very welcome and comfortable. The owners could not have been more friendly. The food was exceptionnally good and well presented. The location was idyllic. We loved Mull and especially this area. Enjoyed a trip to Iona (deserted stunningly beautiful beaches and lovely abbey) and Staffa (interesting rock formation, and puffins so close to us). A highlight of our Scottish trip.

Another great stay at Staffa House Another fabulous stay at Staffa House. Chris and Janice are superb hosts and always do their best to ensure guests have a wonderful experience on Mull. Janice is very knowledgeable about the area and can point you in the right direction to ensure you get the most from your visit. The rooms are warm and comfortable and the little touches like toiletries from the Highland Soap Company, fresh milk always available for tea and coffee and the cosy lounge make every visit special. Chris is an excellent cook and provides a very good breakfast with plenty of choice. The nearby Keel Row pub run by the local community is very welcoming and provides excellent food, far better than your average pub grub. .
