Guest Bedrooms
Our comfortable, spacious bedrooms are individually decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. We use feather and down 10.5 tog quilts and pillows, sustainably sourced bed-linen and towels and organic toiletries. In each room you will find an information pack, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer and hot-water bottle for chilly nights. All our bedrooms are en-suite and have newly refurbished bathrooms with shower, washbasin and comfort-height toilet.
Iona
Iona is our largest bedroom and it's two windows provide an excellent view of both the Sound, Island and Abbey for which it is named.
Comfortably furnished, this room has a new king-size bed and a seating area where you can watch the ferry go back and forth, and relax in the evening as the sun sets behind Iona.

Erraid
Erraid, a double bedroom, looks over the garden to the back of the house where you may catch a glimpse of Chris working in the garden.
Solo travellers particularly favour this room as it has a cosy feel with a sunny aspect facing south and catches the sun all day.
Lunga
Lunga is a double bedroom with views of Tor Mor and the Sound of Iona towards the distant peak of the Dutchman’s Cap.

Eorsa
Our spacious ground floor bedroom Eorsa has been updated with a new comfortable, Sealy, super-king size (6 ft) bed. This can be quickly converted to single beds for twin use.
The refurbished en suite shower room has new fixtures and fittings including a rain fall shower, wash basin and comfort height toilet.
A front facing view overlooking to the north, the granite hill of Tor Mor and west to the Sound of Iona adds to the charm of this comfortable room.
Housekeeping
Our standards are high and we will continue to do our best even as we implement a range of changes due to the on-going pandemic. Before you arrive, your room will have been steam-cleaned to ensure that it has been sanitised in line with current guidance. Our Covid Safety page gives more information about how we will do things.
Coats and boots can be left in the porch as normal, where we will leave newspapers to stuff wet shoes and old towels to take the mud off... Many a guest has had a slip down Dun-Ithe and regretted not having walking poles, which are highly recommended here.
Please note that we are unable to provide a laundry service during your stay.
