Staffa House, is a substantial stone-built guesthouse located in Fionnphort on the beautiful Ross of Mull, overlooking the Sound of Iona.
Ideally placed just a few minutes’ walk away from the bustle of the Pier, we provide a warm, friendly and personal welcome to all our guests, ensuring that their stay with us is both relaxing and comfortable. Our four individually decorated and furnished guest bedrooms are spacious, uncluttered, clean and warm with a focus on super-comfy beds and a good night’s sleep. All our bedrooms have a recently refurbished en-suite bathroom supplied with organic toiletries.
Our kitchen is at the heart of what we do and we are renowned for our food offer, which is based on local produce and supply chains, and our own organic kitchen garden. Our dining room is in our conservatory, where seated at your own table, you can enjoy a freshly cooked breakfast and a view of Iona or Ben More. We have a range of food options available for guests; from packed lunches, brasserie style evening meals and suppers. We can cater for most food requirements – gluten free, vegetarian and vegan as well as some allergies – but please let us know at the time of booking as that helps us plan ahead.
Booking is simple with our availability shown live on our system. We have a two night minimum stay policy but if you are a business traveller or the system is closed (mid-October to mid-March) then please get in touch via telephone or email to talk to us about availability and the option of a one night stay. We are very happy to discuss and plan whole house bookings. Children are welcome but must be old enough to stay in their own room at the published rate. We are not able to accept dogs unless they are an assistance animal.
Covid is still with us and we continue to follow the Scottish Government’s guidelines and recommendations. Please note that these can be different to the rules in England.
If you have any queries, get in touch with us via telephone or email and we will do our best to help you plan and book your stay.
